| What is a Show? Flagship Shows, appropriately called, "Magazines Brought To Life," are large and lively events featuring two-story exhibits, life-size log and timber frame structures, extravagant furniture and decor displays, free workshop presentations and educational demonstration areas. This is the place to see, feel and smell the wood. Flagship Shows are held in major metropolitan convention centers or large fairground locations—the only venues large enough to house the fun and excitement of these spectacular events. Visitor's Tip: Attend a Flagship Show to have fun, shop, get an overview of available options and to learn more about the manufacturers and suppliers featured in our magazines.
Information Fairs focus on making you a well-informed log or timber home consumer. This is the place to enjoy one-on-one time with the local builders and representatives who will help you complete your dream home. In contrast to our Flagship Shows, Information Fairs are held in intimate ballroom settings designed to inspire personal, friendly and in-depth conversation. These smaller, more casual, events provide detailed information about the custom-home building process. Visitor's Tip: Attend an Information Fair to drill down on specifics and to enjoy un-hurried time talking with local log and timber home experts.
