Continuing our commitment to provide our advertisers and exhibitors with unique and advanced marketing tools, we have developed a custom invite to help try to increase show and/or fair attendance. With this program, we will create an invite to include your logo and website information. This PDF will be created and sent to you for you to then send to your customers and prospects. The best part is that this service is FREE to you!
Here is how it works (see sample below):
- Contact your sales representative and let them know you would like to participate.
- Send us an email with your logo (eps file format preferred) and website information. Please specify the "Event City" as well as your booth number. We need to receive your information no less than 60 days before the show you are trying to target. If we receive your information as specified, you should receive your invite no less than three (3) weeks prior to the event which will ensure you have enough time to get your invite distributed (some restrictions may apply).
